My chin is a bit smaller than i would like making me look kinda like a boy still..but when i look at photos between adult men and younger versions of themselves (even in the 20's) their chins get more squared and larger with time. (Im 22)

eg:

i think johnny in that younger photo was 22-23 or so

  1. alot of it has to do with your body weight your face can change with your weight you can have a puggy face or a squared face as you age the muscles in your face can change and the skin can sag

  2. Usually the characteristics of a male's facial feature will be filled out by the age of 24.  Now you may have to consider that the structure of your chin is just different and will never have a 'squared' look to it.  The traits of your chin can be directed from your mother or your father.  Seek pictures of the your male ancestors and see if any of their chins look similar to yours when they were your age.
