Adultery during separation for women?

is adultery during separation for women will affect the final judgement of custody care and control?

i mean, is oready separated for about 2years.. what if during this period go in to relationship? or should keep it low profile?

If you haven't been together in about 2 years you can bet you aren't the only one that's been with someone else.  I personally don't think it will matter either way.   If you feel the need to keep it quiet that means you feel like you have done something wrong.  In that case you should probably rethink both relationships.

Low profile. It is a serious bad idea if to many people know. I just went through that custody battle. and talking to my Lawyer about my soon to be ex Husband had moved his new girlfriend in his home about three months after we split. And my Lawyer couldn't get excited enough, and when I mentioned that I had a male friend that I was hanging out with (Seriously, only a friend) he quickly told me to "keep him as minimal as possible, if not, just keep him out, the less that is known about him, the better". So I had the upper hand in the custody. This is just some example about how it looks

Honestly, you're probably better off keeping a low profile for now. Until the divorce is already final everything you do can be used against you.

In most states it will not have any bearing on the case or custody unless you are have sexual relations in front of the minor children.

in my personal opinion, if you aren't divorced, you're still married.  i wouldn't go there until my divorce was final.

If you've been seperated for over 2 years......by meaning not living together..it is NOT adultery. You can date whoever you want.
