Adultery in Michigan

Let's say there is a girl, who is married to two men, which I can prove. Husband number one: had one child with girl, which I can prove.

Girl didn't divorce husband number 1, but married number 2 anyway.

Husband number two: has two children with girl, which I can prove.

Now, still being married to two men, girl goes out and meets boy1, boy1 doesn't know she is married.

Boy1 has child with girl, which I can prove by paternity test.

Now boy1 and girl separate and child goes with mother(girl) because actual father (boy1) is apparently not on birth certificate. And girl is still married to two men. This is a custody battle, and baby belongs best with father, I am trying to nail girl with an adultery charge, punishable by up to life in prison. Any legal advice on steps I should take to nail her good???

  1. Its called bigomey in most states.. and that is very illegal.. I don't know if its a life sentence in Prison or not... But I'd say you'd have to have solid proof before you go to the law or courts about this.. The girl sounds like she's a mental case and needs ALOT OF HELP!

  2. So let me guess, you are girl number 2 who is sleeping with either husband number one, husband number two, or boy number one and now, because you are probably one of those chicks who LOVES THE DRAMA, you have decided to inject yourself into this already ridiculous situation and seek revenge on behalf of one of the 3 losers that slept with this ****.

Adultery is not a crime. It can be a clause in the pre-nuptual agreement however but it is not illegal.

The crime you are looking for is called bigamy although if I were you, I'd keep my nose out of it. Besides, unless you are a judge and can court order all this non-sense (which, considering your gross lack of legal knowledge, I highly doubt), you can't "prove" anything and you are in no position to "order" a paternity test.

  3. Adultery is not punishable by life in prison, or any prison (It is on the books but never enforced). Bigamy may be punishable, so if you can really prove what you're talking about, present your evidence to the court.

    Are you boy1, or what?

  4. there is no law against adultery.
