I would highly recommend Guadalajara, it's a gorgeous city year round, the climate is very mild, never too hot or too cold.  And there are plenty of things to do in this city.  I was raised there and went to school there for several years, and I also have family there, I'm there once or twice a year.  And nearby are lake Chapala, and Puerto Vallarta, so basically, there is plenty of sightseeing to do in Guadalajara.  Hope this helps!

go to aventura palace in riv maya..you will not see a kid all week..the pools are great...its all couples though, so if youre single, i will go again..
