  1. There honestly aren't many spots for 13 year olds on the Broadway theater. Try auditioning at local theaters (not a school production) to gain a lot of experience, and by the time you're ripe and ready for the pickin' (18 years old), you'll have a good chance of getting onto Broadway.

  2. At 13, you're restricted to the "child" roles on Broadway - Jane Banks in Mary Poppins, maybe one of the girls in Billy Elliot, and that's about it for the shows that are on Broadway at the moment.  If you really want to make it to Broadway, do as much theatre as you can while at school - get involved with community and amateur theatre as well; when you finish school, audition for well-respected drama schools/university, work really hard for three years, get yourself an agent, build up a resume of professional work, and then think about auditioning for Broadway.  Most Broadway casting calls are closed - you need an agent to get an appointment, and you'll also probably need to be an Equity member.  There are occasionally open calls, but they're cattle calls, and Equity members get seen first, then if there's time at the end of the day, non-Equity people are seen.
