Advance Placement Classes HELPP

I'm planning on taking AP english and AP bio next year. Any tips for both classes and exams?

i took those exact classes last year. i got a two on both tests! i expected that from ap bio, but not english. oh well. anyway ap biology has a **** load of things to cover, so you want to get  head start over the summer cuz lots of teacher never finish all the material by exam time...like mine. go to

check out the stuff and read the notes and take as many practice tests as you can! i should've done that. but you have to be REALLY dedicated for AP bio...i'm serious i lost sleep over that d**n class! you have to love biology cuz all the labs, tests and stuff is really frustrating especially if you don't do well. this isn't regular biology, it is a war! don't expect to do well on your first test unless you know EVERYTHING!

For english just read and take tests. read books like kite runner or plays like a streetcar named desire. that is all you really can do for english.

My best advice is to not put off projects or essays that are due in 2-3 weeks unless you want to have some long nights.  It's going to come in handy in Biology if you stay organized with all the papers.

Thats great I took both of those classes and I loved them both and learned alot. My advice is learn to enjoy and appreciate what you are learning. When being overwelmed (not that you will be) about all the cells fuctions and parts just think about how awesome it is to have a body so complex and that you are among the few that can understand this.

For english read your little eyes out I did. When you read try and find at leat one thing you liked about the book or material. When that does not work I liked to secretly pretend that I was studing the protagonst part to play in a movie and that helped me understand the story better. Foe both tests be as clear on your answers as you can,
