Advanced Zoom Digital Camera

Question

I have decided to get an advanced zoom digital camera (because I want more than a standard point-and-shoot and DSLRs are a little too expensive). For anyone who has the knowledge, what advanced zoom camera has the fastest shutter speeds and highest fps (without having to set megapixels really low like some require)? I want to shoot motorsports.

Casio Exilim Pro EX-F1 have the maximum speed of 60 fps which is the fastest model in the general consumer market.

1 step down will be Nikon P80, Olympus SP-570UZ, Fijifilm 8100fd and Panasonic DMC-FZ18 etc.

If you want to shoot motorsports you really need to have a Dslr as the focusing on even advanced compacts will be too slow. Either get a second hand Dslr or a basic model like a Nikon D40 or a Sony A200. You can shoot with higher ISO 800 to get faster shutter speeds and still get reasonable quality plus in Jpegs they will have a faster fps.
