  1. I love acupuncture!! I had it done once and I haven't needed it since! (That was 2 years ago.)

    +Advantages+

+Natural alternative to artificial chemicals that wreck havoc on your body

+It only takes about an hour from start to finish

+Most problems can be helped in as few as two or three sessions

+It's very relaxing and all natural

+The needles are about the diameter of a human hair!!

    -Disadvantages-

-It can be more expensive ($50-$60 or more depending on who you go to and where you live)

-It's hard to muster the courage to go if you have needlephobia

-Sometimes the pricks can hurt the slightest bit. (if they hit a chee spot [where your energy flows strongly] it can be uncomfortable but not painful)

*Note* If you do decide to get acupuncture, make sure you go to a licensed acupuncturist!! Some chiropracters will do acupuncture even though they didn't lear how to in school. A licensed acupuncturist will be able to help you better than one who did not go to a specialized school for that.

I think you should try it at least once and see how you like it!! You may find you like it alot.
