Advantages on how to beat someone up???

Do you know any advantages on how to beat someone up? All I want to know is how to throw a good punch and stuff like that. (Also, don't mind my avatar, I'm a girl).

Hit them in the nose or eye as hard as you can, size doesnt always matter. Just be quick. Hit then return quickly

If you want to beat someone one take a class or something. You want to learn how to throw a good punch find a punching bag or some old mattresses and practice. Punching has more to do with your body than the first. Learn to throw your hips, push off your back foot, and snap that arm. Follow through with your punch. A great was to practice "punching through" is to get on a speed bag and practice your hooks. Stand on the side of it throw your hooks. If the goes from side to side you punching wrong if you punch it, and you can stop it up against the circular wood then that was correct follow through form.

FYI - beating people up is stupid I don't encourage it however self defense is something different

you hit them one good time in the throat and they wont be gettin up(could kill them) if your on the ground right behind the ears and they will KO. kick the inside of the leg and you should hit a nerve and they will slap the ground,punch in the kidneys and they wont be gettin up.

I know the BEST WAY!!!!!!! Psychological Warfare. Paranoia is the way to the ultimate knockdown. Make them think you are coming after them anyway anyhow. It will have, whoever sleeping with "One Eye Open", so to speak. Family, friend(s), a loveble pet?A "pet" project, sabotaged. maybe? You figure it out. And you sleep soundly!!!!!

Try and aim btween the nose and the mouth,(Hold ur finger above ur lip and then push in) does it hurt? Now imagine hitting sum 1 there real hard
