What are the advantages/ disadvntages of chinese medicine? this includes herbal medicine, acupunture, theoropy, exercies, meditation, etc

all are good; excepting that its costs  to be somewhat  high; but worth enough.

meditation, acupressure/acupuncture are quite effective for brain and spinal card related problems, brain f*g/clot, cervical spondylosis/lytis, slip disc, lower lumbar pain, disc prolapse. they are safe and effective for problems arising medulla olangata to cocci bone.
