Customer service will also not up to the expectation after some period thriving in the industry.

Products are stamped ISI/ISO/TUV and various quality Certificates. Recognitions by the mass.

Local people get employed, earn decent salary, get training and exposure of foreign products, and trends.

#  Disadvantages:

Local companies face competition, suffer and loose their identity.

Certain scrupulous foreign companies (MNC), do not invest in  R&D, which result with passing of Time, Quality becomes, stable.

Customer service will also not improve, to the expectation.

In most of the MNC's major components are out sourced from OEMs (origanl equipment manufecturer). Ancillary units of MNC are gainer, in long terms.

Advantages: u get global recognition, move out of the community boundaries involving community participation for achieving common objectives of the companies

Disadvantages: u lose your own time and u lose health by working odd hours and stress affects the families and mental abilities at a later stage

advantages is that these are large companies in which our proffessional life grow faster and salary packages are very attractive MNC meansMULTI NATIONAL CORPORTATIONS so their network is very large and branches are spread all over the world so if one want to visit the world and have the capabilities to communicate with different kind of people they can go and work

DISADVANTAGES- one have to work really hard and there is no fix time of work and u don't get holidays even for festivals
