Advent Laptop Recovery Problem?

Hi

I used the Advent Recovery option and during the recovery my laptop shutdown.

When I restarted it did not continue with the Recovery, now I'm kinda left with a dodgy unbootable partition + the Recovery partition.

Does anyone know how I can boot to the hidden recovery partition?

Has anyone had this happen to them?

You are not forced to use the recovery partition as it often fails or has been deleted. Power up from a standard oem Windows cd and reinsall Windows using the CD key from the label on the laptop.
