Adventure Holidays...?

Question

Has anyone been to a certain part of the world and thought it was amazing? I am desperate to go for a mini adventure holiday this year and need some ideas..

Was thinking of venezuela or even brazil...

help me out and tell me of your trip away, thanks

Well, this isn't quite so far away...its in Serbia....but some friends are hoping to have this venture up and running for the summer; You can choose to spend your holiday just as you want, either relaxing, sightseeing, or go off on an adventure, and you will have your own host on hand 24hrs a day to help you with whatever you choose to do!

Iv been on many trips, unfortunately Brazil or venezuela have not been in the mix... but I do know they are amazing.  I have been all over south and south east asia for several years of adventure travel.  a few things first though... to advise a spot it would be important to know your age, and interests.  If your dead into caving, jungle trekking... even partying ... thatched bungallo's ... Laos is a bloody fun country!  Its one giant natural amusement park, with cliff jumping, tubbing down a party river for 8 hours in Lawang Prabang.  The caves are limestone and some of the most amazing I have ever seen, including a 7.5 km cave on river.  Though too, if your in for more of a challance then laos maybe you should consider Indonesia where even simple transportation is slightly horrifying... the volcano's are incredible and breath taking.  And if you are interested in an even stronger challange I recomend India.  Where population and culture cause a shock to the system for several weeks. However, if your planning a short trip, India is not so recomended... 3-6 months for that one alone!  

Anyhow, let me know your gender... interests... length of trip... and I can better recomend a country suited to your needs!  Also, budget can have alot to do with what country you visit.  I personally am a budget traveller, by budget Im talking in that neck of the woods a 10 dollar a day (US) limit!  sometimes 15.
