Advertising as a career?

I'm thinking about advertising as a career.

what would be some good classes to take?

and what does one need to be good at to become one?

i am already taking art, and i am decent enough.

You need to take art classes, which is what you're already doing, and some computer designing classes where you would learn the basics of designing and edited software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

You're writing is really good by the way.
