Advice Please, TSB Closed Sisters Account?

they have a baby and her partners wages has just gone in today, her account as been closed as she owes them a bit of money overdraft, but she been paying £10 a week back off the overdraft and she as phoned TSB up and noone will speak to her and all they said was soemone will be intouch with her within 14 days as its in the hands of the receiver or something. as said her partners wages have gone in today and the account is just closed and they cannot cannot get any money out of live off.

any advice please?

Well it looks as though any money just paid into the account will be kept to pay off the money that is owed.

If they have a baby and no money then Social Services would be the people to help.

a bit of a dirty trick.... but I guess they wanted their money back...

like above said - social services as soon as possible!!!
