Question:

Advice for Being Competitive?

I'm really competitive, and I know sometimes people get bothered. I am a starter on my volleyball teams, so when we run drills, it really bothers me when others are not participating or doing the drill right. I don't know what to do, because I often get so mad it is hard to focus on the drill. Also, what should I say to people that get upset that I'm a starter and they (or someone else) isn't. I try to tell them that it's competitive and they should just try and get seen more at practice, but they just get mad at me. I work hard for my spot on the team, and I play club v-ball, too, but I don't think I have any unfair advantage.
