Advice for a lip problem....?

ok heres the deal. i hav like dis bubble bump on my lip it hurts a little when i touch it and hurts alot when i squeeze it. i've had a little one not evan noticable for a long time now but jus yesterday it started to swell up n get bigger ... so plese people tell me what i can do to get rid of this thing and what is it? It kinda makes my upper lip look kinda bigger and red. tell me ANYTHING u sujest i do im willing to try anything!!!i want this thang gone or down b 4 school tomarrow.

ps. i havent been kissing anyone or anything like that so i know its not and std or nothing im only 13.

Until you can see a dermatologist, I would put ice on it to see if the swelling will go down.
