  1. Talk to your family about it and see you physician.  Counseling should be considered just to exercise your mind and sort things out.  I take St. Johns Wort for mental well being and Ginseng to keep me motivated.  I was also prescribed lorazapam by my doctor, but I only take that once in a blue moon when I am feeling super anxious.  

    Make sure you are eating healthy and exercising, too.  


  2. Anti-depressive drugs many times make you tiredness, or even more depressive. Try alternative and natural ways! Exercise, listen musics, tall to friends, do yoga, meditation and acupuncture.

  3. Warm baths, deep breathing, relaxing, watching funny shows/movies helps me out a lot also just being around my husband makes me feel better.. Otherwise I take medication Ativan .5mg 3x daily for my anxiety to keep it at bay and was on an antidepressant.. Started therapy but too chicken too go to the appointment.. I highly suggest any of the things above as they all help as well as exercising.. Good luck

  5. i know it sounds stupid but just relax and think about happy stuff, it worked for me with a few meds

  6. JUST RELAX that's all u have to do u be optimistic its really mentally healthy

  7. Better diet, exercise, listen to your favorite music, read.  

    Never use drugs unless you really need them.
