My car:

1998 Chevy Blazer 4WD automatic transmission, about 15 gallon tank and 17mpg. I drive about 60-80 miles a day m-f and about 40 a day sat-sun. I'm a bit of a bad driver in that I go about 5 over w/out realizing it normally and I accelerate fast from stop lights (not stop signs though) I am trying to become a more passive driver (I don't pass people unless I'm late AND if I pass I'm only passing 1 car and I won't pass the speed limit when passing them). As a full time student and part time worker (work about 20 hours a week, and have 18 credits of classes) I'm having to dip into my savings every other check for gas. Prices here are about $3.35 for reg. So from E-F is about 40-50 depending on the day and where I get gas (I normally tend to stick towards home since pricers are about .10 cheaper in the country, which is the price I posted)

  1. I'm sorry,, what was your question? ? If it's about driving with someone else, Why don't you see if there's someone at your school that lives in your area and maybe you can both drive together, one day you and one day the other person, that will save you alot in gas..... I know what you mean, I do that all week too. I drive 100 miles pero day, It sucks!
