Im finally taking it tomorrow morning.

Right before the test, my driving instructor is teaching me how to parallel park and reveal everything that needs to be known.

Any advice? I REALLY need to pass the first time.

  1. well if your not looking to parallel parking,, take the biggest vehicle you can get your hands on because the tester might just omit that for you. I had my behind the wheel test in a Dodge Ram 1500 and the DMV office is in this neighborhood with houses and condos around it. So there really wasn't an ideal spot to do so. So it was just skipped for me. Otherwise, i'd practice paraellel parking since you just covered it today because that could cause you to fail. If you fail to correctly parallel correctly, hit the curb, make more than 3 motions to parallel park, those are reasons to fail you on the spot. And the worse part is that you might not even know until you get back to the DMV office that you failed because of parallel parking. don't want to scare you or anything, but DMV ppl are like that.

  2. Make sure you stop completely behind the stop signs and wait 3 secconds before inching forward.  Also, make sure to have your turn signal on for 100 yards.  Those were what cost me points (although I did pass on my first try).  It doesn't hurt to be extra polite to your tester as well.

    Good luck!

  3. IF u sill have time put the turning light or what ever it is u need to put on to pll out before the nstuctor comes in that and your setbelt and hands firmly on the wheel .Just keep calm ad i wish u luck
