  1. Depends where you go, however you can hire the clothes, skis, etc. A weekly pass is usually cheaper than individual days. After the first week and you know that you will ski again is the time to buy the skiing clothes, boots and skis, however it may be cheaper to hire as the cost of excess baggage could out weigh the saving by buying.

  2. yea y is this in water sports!?!

  3. layers is the key, dont pack big bulky sweaters also take a nice warm pair of walking boots, like timberland stylee.

A snood is a must and a scarf of some sort and also a beanie unlesss you are going to wear a helmet when you ski.

lip balm and sun cream will both come in handy.

What you dont want to do is sweat up this eventually will make you cold.

Take a couple of pairs of gloves as you will need them as you will fall a fair bit on the 1st couple of days.

the lift pass is normally bought for a week (6 days) depending when you arrive at your resort. If you buy it daily is normally works out more expensive.

    enjoy your holiday.

  4. something freaking warm lol

  5. is this water-skiing? because it is in water sports, if it is snow skiing then i am staying to look at your answers lol because as of tomorrow i will be a first time skier lol.

    good luck x

  6. Ski tips up!!! especially when getting off the lift, take it slow and weave back and forth as far out as need be....don't rush everything and think of the mountain side as a flowing river, sounds crazy but you'll get a feel for the sport better that way
