Advice for trip to Jamaica?

Going for 4 days to Jamaica, end of February.. any suggestions? I never went there... I would appreciate suggestions for a carribean place other than jamaica.. Other than Puerto Ricco and Bahamas, that I already visited... I am just surfing the Internet.. found Montego and negril.. I know none of them
