  1. When you look at this work out rember you did say BABY WIEGHT http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...

  2. I would up your protein intake and cut out white foods like white bread, sugary foods like cookies, cakes... If you have carbs go for whole grains for breakfast to fuel you, and tuna or chicken for lunch/dinner because they're low in fat yet high in protein which helps burn fat.

Try some activia light yogurt. Dairy can help you lose weight and Activia is high in probiotics that keep your digestive tract healthy. Also keeps you regular which is important for weight loss.

For snacks, do sugar free jello and cheese sticks or veggies or fruit.

Get in some cardio, you need to get your heart rate up with some walks/jogs, and then do an exercise to target your stomach - like crunches.

I think you can do it :)

  3. The pervious two answers are awesome! My husband was gone for a year also. I was way worried about getting back to my pre preggers weight. But I did what they said before me, I upped my protien intake, didn't eat alot of carbs and I started walking nightly with my son and the weight feel off. It also helped that I was breastfeeding. Then after I got comfortable walking I started jogging and I have now lost all 35 from the pregnancy and another 30! Keep up the good work!

  4. Cut calories and exercise more.  Take the baby for walks.  Or jogs!  Eat lots of low calorie food (fruits and veggies) and very little high calorie foods.  2lbs per week is a reasonable amount to lose.

Sorry to hear your husband was gone so long.  Must have been hard.
