i'm particular;y interested in this bit: " Neither camera measures your speed directly, so if you turn off the road between the cameras, or turn onto it, or stop between them, they can't catch you exceeding the speed threshold".

Stop trying to s***w the system.  Follow the rules, be safe, and don't kill someone with your dangerous driving.

just follow the rules and you wont have to worry about the little things like this that dont concern you.
