  1. Don't care.

  2. go to your local one stop shop of council services (if they have them in wales) they should be able to direct you to a hostel your local council may owe you a duty of care if this is the case then you Will be placed as a priority in regards to accommodation they will not owe you a duty of care if they decide that you made yourself intently homeless or if you are from another area and ony just arrived in cardiff even if they do not owe a duty of care they still have a duty to help you find emergency accommodation i can not comment on the conditions in hostels in cardiff as i have no knowledge on them but as a support worker in a homeless hostel i can tell you that you should expect workers to help you resolve issues that contributed to your homelessness and keep you safe from harm and abuse this will probably be set up in a support plan which should be based around your needs and should be agreed with you check out the shelter website this will tell you about your rights as a homeless person and can offer more practical advice
