Advice needed please on pelargonium and fuschia cuttings?

i read somewhere that i should do it now, but whats the best way to do it

Fuchsias root excellent in water.  Pelagoriums are better rooted in soil.  I found soil for African violets work the best for rooting pelagoriums.  You can root these anytime of the Year.  i bring My Pelagoriums inside during the winter, root them....Then By the next Spring I have ten plants!  Good Luck!
