Mew2 and Deoxys are wek agiast dark and ghoust rayquaza and diaga are weak agaist ice types so do not pair them together if you teach rayquaza a water type move he will be a good match backing up each others weaknesses

really nice party of pokemon you got there and really good moves too i recommend rayquaza and dosknoir, dialga and tyranitar, deoxys and mewtwo. teach tyranitar thunderbolt i think you should give them a litlle boost you know like carbos,hp up,iron,ect so they will become even better.

Okay the best pairs I say would be Tyranitar and Rayquaza, Mewtwo and Diagla, and Dusknoir and Deoxys. That's just my idea. Also teach Tyranitar tunderbolt because that way he can defend against water pokemon. Nice attacks on all of them.
