Advice on avatars.......?

I've just created an avatar on here to export for use on forums - however the avatar is 150x260 and the forums i want it for have max sizes of 64x64 for one and 100x100 for the other - my question is this-

How do I resize it so I can use it?

If the forums you wish to use are strict about the size of the avatar you're allowed to have, then change the dimensions of the image or find the same or a similar image as a smaller file.  

Yahoo! and Google both offer image search functions that allow you to search for images based on their size.  Sometimes you can luck out and find the exact image you're using (maybe even a better one) in a smaller size that will be accepted on the forum(s).  Another option is to use software that will force the change in the image file.  I do know of a program that will do this; it's called JPEG Resizer.  I don't have experience using it, but the description of what it does and its free download can be found here:  http://www.snapfiles.com/get/jresizer.ht...

You need a photo editing program such as: Paint Shop Pro. All you would have to do is open up the picture in PSP, click on "image", then click "resize". :)
