Advice on booking a trip to St Thomas USVI?

I'm planning a 2 week trip to St Thomas USVI. What are the best arrival/departure days for the island? I was planning on Sunday to Sunday, but would other days be cheaper?

For airline tickets flying mid week is usually cheaper. Also the airport will be less crowded during the week arriving and departing. As far as hotels, they are usually priced by season. High season (Dec 15-April 15) Shoulder season (April 15 to May 31st) and low season (June 1-Dec 15). Often vacation packages are discounted during low season. Like right now.

Keep in mind low season is also hurricane season. June 1-Nov 30th.

This is a great time to visit stt, less crowds, and far better prices.  I just got a email today from cheapcaribbean.com with a killer St. Thomas special. As far a airport, its never really too busy during the off season, Good luck, you'll have a great time
