i'm looking to start doing some natural, city and surf photography (i know, quite a range). I'm looking for some advice on where i can get a good camera for around £100-£250 that comes with a lens kit up to 55mm. i have found some on play.com and amazon.com but i need advice on which cameras are worth the money. (also looking for around 9-10mil. pixels if possible) i am a complete newbie in the camera Field so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  1. i suggest the newest canon a2000 digital camera

  2. My first digital SLR was a Nikon D40, it's right in your price range & it comes with a 55mm & a 200mm lens. It's great for amateur photography & i've taken amazing pictures with it. Sports & landscape pics.

  3. Try Sammy's Camera They Have Good Camera's And Good Deals

  4. For that price you may not get an SLR at all. If you do it'll be either the Nikon D40 or the Canon Rebel XT (350D in the UK). Both will come with a 18-55mm kit lens. They'll be fine for your needs. They won't be 9-10mp but that doesn't really matter with a DSLR as the sensor is large and will give you great quality photos even at 6mp.
