Chelsea was having diarrhea when I first bought him home about almost 2 weeks ago. He was eating much at first until I fed him with veggie & small piece of banana. After that, i bought him oats and he begun eating. He started having diarrhea and the food bowl is always wet and sticky. By this time, I already had another hamster in the cage. So its two of them. But Chelsea has wet tail as the vet said so and he is on Antibiotics now. The thing is, I think the other hamster got it too. I am feeding both of them with the antibiotics now. When should i stop feeding them? They're both VERY active and they have lots of poo. Normal poo. Is it normal? Are they already well? Is it okay if I put them together as Chelsea does not have any sign of wet tail anymore?! I am so paranoid. Please advice me. I get so worried and I can't sleep well at night. Thanks .. :)
