I'm in grade ten right now and lately I've been taking school really seriously. I'm even starting to worry about colleges and all that stuff, but I'm not sure if I can even go to a good college since I'm from the worst school ever. I originally came from Canada and i was a pretty good student at around a 75-80% average. Now that i go to school in Malaysia my grades dropped. This semester I've been trying to pull up my socks.

So in school I decided to take the science/medical stream in school which includes these classes: Physics [which is my best class] Biology [ which I'm not too bad in] Chemistry [which is my worst class] Math [not too bad in] Add math [had to drop] Business [just began it] English [one of my best classes] Computer [easy class] and French [which I'm not too bad in]

But i was wondering which one of these classes do i have to do well in to get far in life and which ones can i just drop right now?

And another thing i was thinking of joining the photography or debate club at school and joining swimming for sports but because my school is too disorganized to even plan these things out I'm not sure i want to take them anymore should i go for it anyway? Or is it just a waste of time?

And will i still get accepted in a College or University in Canada since that's my original plan.

  1. i do not have  an idea

  2. Universities look for either Chemistry or Physics.  They tend to want 4 years of english, 2 (3 recommended) years of another language, 2 years of science, 2/3 of history, 3 (4 recommended) of math, and 2 years of electives.  Take any clubs/sports you can, the more the better on applications!
