  1. it usually takes between a mont to  a year to conceive keep trying and dont stress about it because that could be a negative on TTC

    GOOD LUCK!!

  2. I can relate. I miscarried last September, then in April got pregnant but it was tubal (had to have surgery). So we're on month 17 with no baby on board. It's easy to get obsessed... but try to find a new hobby to take up your time and your thoughts.

My doctor told me that after miscarriage we would probably conceive again within 6 months... so hang in there!

Have you tried tracking your ovulation? I had my doctor do blood tests to find out that I actually do not ovulate regularly. So the key for me to get pregnant quickly is taking some meds like Clomid to force ovulation. There's some info here:

  3. Do everything you can to increase your nutritional storage of vitamins and minerals. Make sure you are taking a prenatal vitamin and mineral. You can drink a cup a day of red raspberry leaf tea. Increase the amount of protein and fresh vegetables and fruits. There is also a new food product called Youth Juice that is amazing in restoring reproductive health for women.

Begin sexual intimacy during your period or directly after and continue every three or four days throughout the month. This way the sperm is laying in wait for the egg to drop. Best wishes, G
