Be sure to BD daily starting 19 days before your next period until 12 days before your period. If you're irregular, be sure to Google 'EWCM' and learn to recognize it. You may find you get it a few days before ovulation. Good luck!

Have you seen an RE or OBGYN?  They can percribe ovulation induction meds such as femara or clomid.  Femara and metformin has been shown to work better in women with pcos as they tend to be clomid resistant.
