I am a female, 5'5'', 135 lbs, 21 years old.
I want to loose 10 lbs by the end of October...Any suggestions? I cannot limit my sugar or carb in take....and I am not a big protein person....
For exercise, I have weak ankles so I am unable to run to extent multiple times a week...
Anyone have diet tips (I don't drink alcohol, eat deep fried food, or drink soda already...) or any exersise tips?
I want to loose this weight healthily.
