Advice on inexpensive Wedding Richmond, VA?

Hi, I am getting married Jan. 9, 2009. I want a church wedding, and I want to rent a reception hall. My budget is $2,000 for the entire wedding. Anyone know of any churches and reception halls i could check out that are VERY inexpensive in Richmond, VA. Zip codes: 23233, 23238, 23294.
