  1. Work out all your muscles don't just focus on particular ones.

  2. i started at 17, start with lighter weights, your maxium weight should be the weight you can do 6 reps with, if you can do more reps, then increse the weight, oh and work all muscles out or else you'll luck weird lol     good luck

  3. start on light weights and build yourself up to the heavier ones, don't try to run before you can walk ;)

  4. I don't know but there must be info on the net for what you want to know

  5. www.videojug.com has a few videos on weightlifting. check em out

  6. If you wanna bulk up- eat a **** load of food! When you're not hungry, eat anyways! Lift HEAVY and work every part of your body evenly- no more than 10 reps on your first set! Take a high protein/carbs/calories protein shake like Muscle Milk or Quickmass right after your workout, and ideally an hour before your work out and before bed time, as well. You should be taking in as much protein as you can, and match your body weight in grams (if you weigh 170 lbs, take in 170 gs of protein).

Oh, and be sure to REST!

  7. Start with lighter weights and work to heavier weights...and always work the opposite muscle like if you do abs work out your back also...do legs one day and then the next day do your arms so it gives your body time to recover and if it hurts you are doing something wrong but not like muscle hurt because that is good. While lifting if you are losing your technique stop even if you haven't finished the set if you keep continuing with bad tecnique you could hurt yourself or it won't help you at all. and it would be best if you had a buddie with you they will tell you if your doing anything wrong...hopefully...and on bench press they can spot you which is good.
