Advice on manual car test please help I'm so nervous!?

I have my manual car test in a week and was nervous to begin with but today when my driving instructor picked me up she has changed her car and i could not get used to the difference in it can anybody give me any tips or advice please, iv booked a 2 hour lesson the day before my test to try and help me to get used to the new car but im still worried any help would be appreciated guys thank :I

Play a lot of car sim games: Gran Turismo, Need for Speed, etc... ;p

Or you can always request your instructor to change cars again back to the one which you were used to.  Is the gearing shift automatic or manual?  But then you will need to get used to it, different cars have different feeling.

I would suggest that you try and book in some more lessons before hand so you can get used to the car - I took my test in my own manual car, but I had a few lessons in my instructors car and it took awhile to get used to the difference but I did get there.
