  1. Do these exercises, back to back with no rest. 6 reps, as heavy as possible without losing form. Then rest for 4 mins and reverse the cycle. Do this 4-6 times per session, 4 times a week.

    Bicep Curl with Dumbbells.

    Shoulder Press with Dumbbells.

    Tricep Overhead Extension with Dumbell.

    Around the world with Dumbells.

    Chest Press with Dumbells.

You will be aching like mad and crying  like a baby after the second set. Do 4-6 Sets of these.

Always using Dumbbells allows you to stay in the same place.

  2. Take some muscle and some super glue.

Then stick the muscle on to your parts of your body with the super glue.

And there ya go -You have gained muscle!!!

  3. pushups will offer the most bang for buck. you need to add weight as you do them. being able to do 100 pushups will not be as effective in gaining muscle as you may think.

get a backpack and some weights. strap it on and then do it. you should have enough weight to only complete 3 sets of 8 reps.
