Advice on my Pokemon Diamond team?

Question

I'm trying NOT to use legendaries,starters,or OU pokemon like Salamence,Metagross, and Garchomp to name a few.Currently they are all lv1 babies but before I start EV training them I want to know if it is a balanced team.Please tell me If I should replace a pokemon or move.

It sounds like a well balanced team to me! except add atleast one water type pokemon on you team, ore get gallade to learn a water type move.

Rhyperior can't take a super effective move and it to slow to do Substitute and when are you going to use mega horn, you have a lot of fight moves but how many pokemon are weak to fighting .  psychic like Pokemon easy to train and there are a lot used so i think you are ill epuided to team of three psychic Pokemon that fast i think the pokemon tyranitar is a great pokemon .
