Advice on quiting a que tip addiction?

so im trying to stop or at least dramatically reduce my use of que tips but its kinda hard to just stop for me. advice please?

That may be the single most strange addiction I've ever heard of.

Try not to use Q-Tips in your ears.

This just pushes the ear wax further into the inner ear.

The wax then becomes dry and it can make us have blocked ears.

I have a method of cleaning out my ears suggested by a doctor.

I am not sure of other ways you might be using Q-Tips.

Stop buying them. That way you can't use them. Or only buy a certain amount?
