  1. It sounds like a brilliant idea! I wanted to do a BBQ thing at the park once at this big park. . . But I couldnt be bothered with the hassle!

But yes it does sound like a good idea and your budget sounds just right.

  2. Wow that's alot of cash!

You sound like a very generous person but honestly, why do you have to be responsible for everything?

Can't everybody bring a little something to help out?

Should definately be enough, but knowing the Brits like their drinks - I'd suggest that you ask people to bring their own drinks - you shouldn't have to foot the bill for everyone I wouldn't think.

Have Fun but don't be afraid to ask for help - if they're your true friends, they'll be glad to assist....if not, they're freeloaders in my opinion

    :-)

  3. Make sure you buy plastic bags to remove your rubbish afterwards--- chicken fillets and hamburgers (the freshly made ones from the local butcher )that should do.There are many people having Botellons on the beach at night with wood fires, but leave a h**l of a mess for the bathers and sunworshippers the next day.
