Advice on workout plan?

I'm doing densie autins walk away the pounds (45 mins) 4 days a week. and billy banks taebo (30 mins) 2 days a week. ..

im cutting carbs, sugar and soda intake.

i want to lose at least 15-20 pounds.

  1. It sounds like you have a good plan, it is very important to combine a healthy diet with lots of exercise. Also remember not to drink diet sodas in stead of the normal sodas, the body does not know what to do with the artificial sugar in these products and therefore they are converted to fat in the body.

    I recommend that you set yourself stern but realistic goals - not just an end goal but also how much you want to loose in f.ex. 2 weeks, a month and so on... also I believe it is important to be very patient, the results will come - and to not ride yourself to hard. sometimes, maybe in the weekend you should allow yourself to eat some sweats - otherwise you might loose yor motivation for the weight loss and diet bevause it gets to hard. I myself have found a lot of inspiration on www.seek4fitness.net, there they have an exercise program, and a nutrition program which helps you find out how many carbs, calories and so on there is in the food you eat.

    This is my workout plan and im sure it will loose loads in a week!

    Day 1, 2 and 3

    Tuna (at 3pm and 6pm) If you don't like tuna then have something else but healthy which has lots of protein.

    Apples (at 12pm and 8pm)

    Water LOTS drink 4 litres of the stuff!

    Day 4, 5 and 6

    instead of apples try having watermelon, grapefruit, or vegetables
