7 years ago, I had my house damp coursed. It was backed up with a guarantee from Sovereign.
Whilst I have a copy of this document, the original has gone missing.
When I 'phoned Sovereign today, they said they could not do anything about it. I am moving house soon, and have been told that even with the copy, in the event of something going wrong, it will be useless.
