Advice please? ?

everything seems to be falling apart. my friends and family and everything :(

my best friend says things to me but then he talks to other people, that he claims he doesnt like and he is really nice to them. i dont know what to do :@

My advice is to bridge some distance from between you and your so called "friend".   A true measure of someones character is revealed in the way they treat others because that's exactly how they are going to treat you.

Your friend have three faces one he show to his family two to his friends and three to the world on how he like them to see him. If I was you I stay away from him. You already know what face he showing you.
