Advise about Couples Negril in Jamaica.?

I'm going on my honeymoon in about a month to Couples in Negril, Jamaica and I've never been to the tropics before. What is fun to do? And also if anyone has been to a Couples resort what was it like, what all do they have that maybe wasn't mentioned on their website? I'd like honest opinions. Also, one thing I'd looove to do is swim with dolphins or at least get real close, what is the probability of this?

Sure you can swim with the dolphins but at a premium cost so we've never been.  It also seems kind of mean to the poor dolphins.

Can I suggest that you go to the website tripadvisor.com?  There you will find many reviews from guests that have recently been there.  You should find lot's of info there.

We usually stay at Sandals in Negril so I can't tell you much about Couples, but I've heard nice things.  Negril is beautiful, especially the sunsets.  Have a great time (I'm sure you will) and congratulations on your wedding.

Don't worry , you made a good choice ! My wife & I go to Jamaica every May for our Anniversary ( we're there in 10 days , staying at Hedonism 3 in Runaway Bay ) and Negril is the most scenic ,most romantic , most fun place on earth ! We stayed at Couples Swept Away last  May and loved it ; the room was great , the property was beautiful , great beach , great food , great entertainment , nice people and just a super vacation !  You will love Negril , take the catamaran cruise over to Rick's cafe to watch the cliff divers , go snorkeling , just relax on the beach , floating in that warm Carribbean on a foam raft with a drink in hand ... aahhhh , paradise !  I promise you will return to Negril again , like the commercial says " Once you go , you know ! "
