Advise on how to talk to the spirits??? ?

I have a spirit ghost whatever ya wanna call him. He has been making him self known. I have seen his full figure twice, and after I told him it scares me and to try to contact me another way the next day he set of my snow globe that has not been touched in like months. I was scared but a friend said my son who is due december has the ability or sixth sense as some call it like I do. I have never tried to talk to anything before. I was scared about trying while I was pregnant but my friend said that it would be safe as long as I use my best judgment. that my child is pure that makes it safe. Has anyone ever tried to contact a ghost before and if so how. I dont have a Ouija board so besides that any help would be appreciated. How to talk to them and any experiences. (candles do they have to be a certain color and all that stuff. Thanks... PLEASE NO RUDE COMMENTS

There's good chance what you will contact won't be a ghost or spirit but something else all together

One a ouija board IS THE WRONG WAY to go about talking to him since you see him already. Talk to him as though he is alive, meditate and focus on his energy, if you truly have the 6th sense you will be able to do this after some practice.

It is safe to do while pregnant as you have more energy, more drive to be protective. light your candles meditate and tell him what it is that you wish to tell him as Ive replied to your other post its probably him needing you to help him

I always believed that communicating with them was a gift, no something that is learned. I have can sense them but I can't actually contact them and hear what they have to say.

I wouldn't use a Ouija board.

it's too easy to use them the wrong way and invite trouble.

what I'd look into is EVP (electronic voice phenomenon) work. get some kind of recorder and turn it on and start asking the ghost questions. remember to give a pause between questions so there's room for it to answer.

Talking to spirits... take the spirit, hold it in front of you...savor this moment, crack the bottle open and chug it.... soon you'll be talking to the microwave, let alone the spirits!

If you don't have a Ouija board I think you can try using Connect-4 instead. They're made in the same factory I believe.
