  1. a good textured string is the babolat pure hurricane tour-which is what hadal and sharapova and i think roddick use

but here are some other examples-

if you are a heavy hitter, serious competitior, fast strokes with spin

luxion big banger alu power-prince recoil or babolat hybird hurricane tour + Xcel

all rounbder-technifibre NRGsquared (i mean with a little two top right of the "g")

    or klip x-plosive

    or

you have short, slower strokes and you game is based on consistansy.

babolat tonic +or prince synthetic gut with duraflex

  2. In regards to grip size, height doesn't matter.  When I was 14 I was playing with a 4-5/8 because my hands are so big.

How to choose the right size grip:

-Open your hand with your fingers extended and close together

-Place the end of a ruler in the middle of your palm, inline with the bottom lateral crease of your palm.

-Measure here from the middle of your palm to the tip of your ring finger

-This is your ideal grip size

-For the average woman, this size will be between 4 1/8" and 4 3/8"

-For the average man, it will be between 4 1/2" and 4 3/4"

-If you are between sizes, go with the smaller size and add an overgrip or heat-shrink sleeve for the perfect fit

-Most overgrips will increase the size by 1/16 inch and heat-shrink sleeves will increase grip by 1/8 inch

You should choose your string based on the following-

    Natural gut

-Provides the best, most consistent feel

-Best suited for more advanced players because of improved performance and feel on shots

-Will need to be changed frequently; not very durable

    Synthetic

    -Better suited for recreational players

-Offers a good balance of durability and playability

-Very little difference in performance for the average tennis player

    String gauge

-This is basically the thickness of the string and the big difference is in durability and playability

-Thicker strings (15 gauge) last longer, while thinner strings (16 and 17 gauge) offer better feel but are less durable

    String tension

-All racquet frames come with manufacturer's recommendations on string tension and it is best to stay within those limits

-For more power, the racquet should be strung at the low end of the range, since lower tension equals more power

-Higher string tensions offer less power but provide for better control

-As a general rule, higher tensions are recommended for experienced players only

  3. please use yonex

  4. Select the Babolat Syntec Grip (White) and use the Babolat Pro Hurricane 16 string. I use these, and they are so helpful and comfortable! Also get a string dampener. Really adds touch and feel!!!

  5. HI

Rae sharapova dosnt use pro hurricane tour?

Well for starters it depends how much money you have.

If you don't care how much u soend on a re-string i would get Pro Hurricane Tour In the mains and babolat VS touch Natural Gut in the crosses a briliant hybrid sting, this combo is what Roddick uses it. But if you want a cheap but good spin string with a decent tension life a would recomened SIGNUM PRO POLY PLASMA. This is rated the best polyester string in Europe. I use this string but remember the tighter you string it the less power but the losser you string it the more power you get. EG: 54lbs has more power than a tension of 58lbs.

For the grip i would get a 4 1\4 because a babolat grip ups the grip to a 4 1\2 depending on what grip u use eg: overgrips.

And for your height it doesnt really matter. But for you if u luv power and placement. This racket would be perfect for you.

If you don't already no what the Cortex does i can tell you. I filters out all the anoying and damaging vibration that can give person a Injury that is commonly known as the "TENNIS ELBOW"

    Cheers Brad
