  1. I wouldn't advise that you take any vitamins without first consulting a dr, remember taking the wrong vitamins could be even more dangerous than being deficient in a few!!!  The best thing that you can do is time trying to match your ovulation.  I found this extremely hard even whilst on chlomid a fertility drug.  Checking your temperature or cervical mucus is only worth while if you have already done it for months and months previous, so that you know what your own body does when it is ovulating.  Me and my partner used clear blue opk's and we bought 1 packet and got pregnant.  I would really advise that you try something like that.  It tells you on the packet when you should start testing and then gives you a smiley face to tell you when to try.

Good Luck on getting that BFP.

  2. Maya abdominal massage(MAM) was what finally worked for me after 18 months of ttc. acupuncture and 2 rounds of clomid didn't work. We didn't want to do IVF, so I searched for holistic ways to help my situation. That's when I found MAM, started doing the Self Care routine from one of the magazine articles and got pregnant in one cycle!! I made me such a believer I decided to become a practitioner so I could help others in the same spot. It works by helping to get and keep the uterus in it's correct position so it functions optimally helping you to conceive alot easier.

"The uterus is the woman's center. If her uterus is not in proper position and good health, nothing in her life will be right. She will be as out of balance as her uterus."

  3. My ob told me this - stay away from microwaves in use

    2. Start taking prenatal vitamins now.

    3. Drink lots of water

Today is day one of your period. If you have a normal 28 day cycle, you will ovulate in 14 days. Your cervical mucuous will look like raw egg whites - clear and stretchy. Prime conception time!

  4. Sorry about your af. I also started af, thursday night:(. After talking to my doctor, she told me to put away the opk's stop charting and just baby dance every other day from the time my period ends until she shows up again or we get the BFP. She also had me start taking folic acid. She believes that us trying so hard does stress your body out and causes your hormones to go crazy. I am going to get back to having my glass or two of wine at night...lol..and having fun with it this month. It is starting to get too mechanical and we are losing a little bit of the romance in ttc. So my only advice would be to have a whole lot of fun trying and relax...I know it's easier said than done but It already has me feeling better about all of this, so I think I have my mind set in the right place now...good luck and tons of baby dust to you and the hubby.

  5. YOUR af will end the 21st according to the ovulation calender form the 26Th to the 1St YOU are FERTILE but your ovulation day is the ***31st*** if i were you i would Bd on the 27th. 29th. and the 31st. give about two days for sperm to back up. and if you do the missionary position keep a pillow under you GOOD LUCKKK .

    ~babydust~ to you

  6. Vit C for the hubby, it thins his sperm

And have you tried it from behind? do you know if your cervix is tilted? If it is that's the only way you are going to get pregnant!! try that and let me know if it works...

  7. Don't be discouraged because I also have a tipped uterus and I have been able to concieve rather quickly in the past! As for vitamins to help I've heard good things about vitex. Also ask your Dr. to put you on prenatal vitamins because as soon as I told my Dr. we wanted another baby thats the first thing he did was put me on prenatal vitamins. Good luck, and I wish you the best!

  8. Timing, timing timing. It's the most important thing when trying to conceive. Look for signs of ovulation. some people get cramps. watch for extra secretions. When you know when u're ovulating, you would've crossed half the way to getting pregnant.

I know that some vitamins help, ask ur doctor.

    Good luck.
