Affordable, High quality, camcorder?

I am looking for a camcorder (preferably $250 or under) that preforms really well and has a clear image. What brands or camcorder should I get? Any websites about them I could look at as well?

  1. Canon ZR family.


  2. I like Canon, but Sony, Panasonic and JVC are good too.
